Creative Factory

Privacy

Creative Factory is a private, invitation-only tool for making advertising creatives. This page says what it stores, who else touches that data, and how to have it removed.

Last updated August 22, 2026

Who runs this service

Creative Factory is operated at creativefactory.app. It is not a public product and there is no company entity behind it at the time of writing. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to privacy@creativefactory.app.

Who can use it

Access is by invitation. Signing in requires a Google account whose email address is on an allowlist held by the operator. An account that is not on that list cannot sign in and no data is stored for it.

What is stored

  • Your account. The name and email address that Google returns when you sign in. No password is ever seen or stored.
  • What you upload. Product photos, videos, audio and documents you bring into the tool.
  • What the tool produces. Generated images and videos, along with the prompts, settings and intermediate files behind them, so a result can be explained and repeated.
  • Your products and briefs. Descriptions, brand details, links and notes you enter.
  • Your conversations with the assistant. Messages you send it and the results of the actions it takes for you.
  • Competitor research. Publicly visible advertising and landing pages collected when you run a research job.

There is no advertising, no profiling and no third-party analytics on this site. No tracking pixels, no tag manager, no session recording.

Cookies

Only what signing in requires: a session cookie that keeps you logged in for up to thirty days, plus the short-lived cookies Google sign-in uses to complete the handshake. Nothing is used to follow you across other sites.

Who else processes this data

Generating a creative means sending parts of your material to the services that do the work. Each one receives only what its step needs.

  • Google. Sign-in, and the Gemini models used to read images and video.
  • Anthropic. The Claude models behind the assistant, the planners and the copywriting.
  • fal.ai and Higgsfield. Image and video generation.
  • Arcads. Presenter footage.
  • ElevenLabs. Voice generation and voice cloning, when you ask for it.
  • sync.so and Weydub. Lip sync and removal of text burned into a video.
  • Apify, DataForSEO, Anstrex and Pexels. Competitor research and stock media.
  • Resend. Sending you a report by email, when you ask for one.

These providers are outside the operator's control and keep data under their own terms. Do not put anything into this tool that you would not be willing to hand to them.

Where it is stored

On a server the operator runs in Amazon Web Services, in the United States (us-east-1). Data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone beyond the processors listed above.

Links to finished files

Finished images and videos live at long, unguessable addresses. Until August 2026 anyone holding such an address could open the file without signing in, which is how sharing a result with a client worked. That is being changed so the files require a session, with time-limited links for the cases where a signed-out person genuinely needs one. If you shared a link before that change, treat it as public and ask for the file to be moved or removed.

How long it is kept

Uploads, generated files and their history are kept while the tool is in use, because a creative is often revisited months later. There is no automatic deletion. Write to privacy@creativefactory.app to have your account, your material, or a single file removed, and it will be deleted from the server. Copies already held by the providers above are governed by their own retention rules.

Your requests

Ask for a copy of what is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to privacy@creativefactory.app. Because access is by invitation and tied to a single Google account, identifying you is a matter of writing from that address.

Changes

This page is updated when what the tool does changes. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
